Life outstrips comedy
TROY, Ohio, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- An Ohio jail is being painted pink to test the local sheriff's theory that the color is soothing.
Miami County Sheriff Charles Cox told the Dayton Daily News that the idea "basically came off the top of my head." He suggested the color change to Dee Sandy, administrator at the jail, who at first thought he was joking.
