PITTSBURGH, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- The FBI is holding a man suspected of successfully robbing a Pennsylvania bank this month, only to leave behind an envelope with his address on it.
Authorities allege that while 36-year-old Jay D. Oswalt escaped with cash from a Westmoreland County bank, he left behind the exact location where FBI officials could find him, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Wednesday.
