Looking up the fundamentals
Italian researchers have found that women who claim to experience vaginal orgasms in the so-called G spot are anatomically different from those who do not.
They say this opens up the prospect that a simple ultrasound may show whether a woman should keep pursuing the elusive G spot orgasm, or abandon the search.
